1. Who we are

The site is operated as an online astrology and education platform. Contact for privacy matters should go through the same channels you use for general support (e.g. admin or contact email published on the site, if any).

2. Information we collect

• Account data — If you register, we process identifiers such as email and credentials managed by our authentication provider (e.g. Supabase Auth).
• Profile and chart inputs — Birth data, names, places, notes, and saved chart configurations you choose to store.
• Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar logs needed for security, debugging, and analytics if enabled (e.g. aggregated traffic metrics).
• AI interactions — Prompts and context sent to AI features may be processed by third-party model providers under their terms, in addition to being handled by our application servers.
• Payments — If you purchase a plan, payment data is processed by our payment processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use information

We use the data above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve charts, tools, and AI-assisted features;
• Authenticate users and enforce plan limits;
• Process subscriptions and one-time purchases;
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable;
• Deliver and measure advertising where we work with ad partners (see section 6).

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where required, we rely on contract performance (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where we ask for it (e.g. non-essential cookies or marketing, if offered).

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, database, authentication, email, payments, AI APIs). They may process data only as instructed and under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. Advertising networks may receive limited technical or usage data to deliver and measure ads, as described in their policies.

6. Advertising and analytics

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) to understand traffic and to show ads. Partners may use cookies, mobile advertising IDs, or similar technologies under their own policies.

7. Retention

We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to legal exceptions.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
